Every one in six European Bank has set to to fail stress test. European authority source said , that about ten to fifteen out of 91 European bank being scrutinized had fail in Greece, Germany, Portugal and Spain.
However, the most significant is that, all the ireland's banks were given clear health note.
It was seem a clear battle between EUB technical and political based test v/s EBA & ECB national regulators wanted to stop their banks appearance in the list.
Although, the EBA is insisting one the publication of each bank's sovereign debt holding by maturity as well size, it is ultimately the number of banks to fail, will establish the credibility of the checks.
